I have lived in a 3 bed here for the past year but I am moving out because I just can’t do it anymore. For the past 3 months, Ive had a horrible leak in my bedroom. Anytime it rains, water is pouring in through the ceiling above my window, causing woodrot, mold, soaked carpet, and nasty smells. It ruined some personal items of mine. I submitted multiple maintenance requests because when I signed they promised issues would be solved within 48 hours of a request submitted and my first two got ...
denied because they were too “busy” and my second said completed a month and a half later but all they did was caulk the outside for 2 minutes. They never came in my room to look at the crack in my ceiling or the damage. The next time it rained, the leak was even worse. I thought the complex was nice, the appliances are outdated but they work so I never had an issue with that. I liked it here until the leak situation and how terribly they handled it.
