Definitely not 4 stars
August 13, 2019You're going to be in for a rude awakening relying on and believing these ratings. This complex isn't worth it. They go up on rent every year, but, not once have they updated anything. They've never even painted. If you're not the leaseholder, you cannot get a parking permit or park back here (even though you're a legal tenant) and they tow your car even though none of the parking spots are even painted to identify what's for residents and what's for visitors. They say there's visitors parking ...but, it's so far, you have to enter through an entirely different gate. You can't even park in front of here. You have to park by other apartments (You might as well move to one of them). You get a ticket parking in front of the complex and you get towed parking in the complex. They have actual spouts that drain into the bathtubs from the ceilings instead of not in the bathtubs. They even drain as you're bathing. Something is always breaking and the water is off far too often. Talk to the residents first (it'll be better if you can find one who's been here for at least a year, give or take) before making a decision. I would not recommend this complex.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place
May 24, 2017I've been here for a couple of months and it's nice quiet. The maintenance talks to you and don't mind helping you. The office ladies are funny. Shaye was really nice and help me through everything! I'm very happy.Review from Apartments.com

The Landing at Westchase
March 14, 2017This property is great the staff is very nice and the maintenance staff also is fast on getting work orders done. They make sure everyone is taken care of the right way and to make sure the apartments are kept up. I've been here for a year now and don't plan on leaving any time soon for the time this is a great location and for the amount I pay every month its not bad. I am close to my job and several stores, good school district for my kids, and parks.
