We have apartments located in the heart of Spokane Valley. The living room is spacious and comes with sliding doors that lead to a private patio. The kitchen offers lots of cabinet space and appliances such as a dishwasher, oven/stove, and refrigerator. The bedroom comes with a good-sized closet space. The bathroom includes a large vanity with cabinet space underneath. The hallway has a closet for extra storage space. The apartment complex offers laundry on-site, one assigned parking spot included in rent, plus extra parking available. Carport is $35 a month, and uncovered parking is free for the first car, additional cars are $20 a month or upgrade to a carport for $35. Located conveniently close to restaurants, coffee shops, and schools, close to I-90, and Spokane Valley Mall. Flat monthly fee for water, sewer, and garbage. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are allowed with a $450 non-refundable pet fee and $35 a month pet rent.

September 27, 2024When I went to look at one of the available apartments, I was shown an apartment with a wood floor. The wood floor is what sold me on this complex. We signed a lease for the apartment right next to the one I looked at. I was told it would be exactly the same. When I got the keys, It was NOT THE SAME. I started crying when I saw the apartment I was now moving into. When moving in, the apartment was missing drawers in the kitchen, and a bunch of other damage. While I was out of the apartment one ...day, I got a notification from my security alarm, that someone had entered the apartment. I found out that it was the maintenance worker, but they did not inform me they would be entering. I knew nothing about it. That made me very uneasy. The outside of the apartment is trashed. There is garbage everywhere. They do not maintain the grounds. There is dog poop all over in the grass. When I moved in, the landlord told me that if I had a dog, I could bring it to the apartment....She just said that "I just turn my head", in regards to informing Management about having animals. My dog was attacked 3 times while I was there, by neighbor dogs because the other tenants don't have their dog on a leash, or the owner cannot control the dog. People smoke in the laundry room and trash it. During the winter, the sidewalks and parking lot were a thick sheet of ice because they do not take care of it. Rent is over priced considering how trashed the place is, and the small size of the apartments. Police are there quite often due to drugs and violence. I don't recommend the Landing off Pines.
