Finally received a maintenance tech who submitted for the refrigerator to be replace. April 9, 2025Price Changed After Initial Quote I visited the property a few days ago and was given a specific quote for the apartment I was interested in. When I returned ready to sign the lease, the price had increased unexpectedly. February 14, 2025dirty I was disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned and dusted before moving in. The apartment had been vacated for months so we moved into spider webs in every corner and dead bugs as well. I expected to have been able to move in and not worry about cleaning the unit first.Property Manager Responded
