      Do not rent here! The entire complex is overcrowded, people party in the pool until 2am and are being extremely loud, trash everywhere, roaches, the hallways stink and are warped! Its a disaster! Run away while you can!

      Appliance maintenance Submitted multiple tickets towards regarding the ice maker on the freezer not making ice. Finally received a maintenance tech who submitted for the refrigerator to be replace. Next visit, different maintenance tech came and did not replace the refrigerator to address the issue.

      dirty I was disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned and dusted before moving in. The apartment had been vacated for months so we moved into spider webs in every corner and dead bugs as well. I expected to have been able to move in and not worry about cleaning the unit first.

      Leyla!!! So kind and knowledgeable. I know sales being kind is a part of the job, but I truly felt such a welcoming presence from her. She knew everything there is to know about the property and surrounding areas, and had an answer for every question we had. The property is beautiful and the amenities are phenomenal. We had a feeling when we left that we would be back for good soon.
