Finally received a maintenance tech who submitted for the refrigerator to be replace. When I returned ready to sign the lease, the price had increased unexpectedly. February 14, 2025dirty I was disappointed that the apartment was not cleaned and dusted before moving in. The apartment had been vacated for months so we moved into spider webs in every corner and dead bugs as well. I expected to have been able to move in and not worry about cleaning the unit first.Property Manager Responded
