This is a great building with some lovely neighbors, and the location is ideal. I’m a disabled Veteran and can no longer drive, but living here I can get to any number of places in my wheelchair-something I could not do in many other apartment buildings. The community is well maintained with awesome amenities; fully equipped gym, large, comfortable work spaces, and a beautiful club room. The location is nestled within a convenient walking distance to shopping, restaurants, theaters, and concerts. This is a huge ...plus! Personally, I appreciate the floor plan, the abundance of natural light, and the modern, sleek finishes and design. And who doesn't love a huge walk in closet and deep-soak spa bath tub? February 10, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived here for a few months now and everyone from the front desk staff, to the residents and their four-legged fur babies are so nice! I love the security & cleanliness of the property compared to the Millennium where I moved from. I also appreciate that the apartments are much more modern and updated, although I do wish the 1-bedroom I rent had a fan in the living room...but there is one in the bedroom, so that's nice. The co-working space and gym are fantastic! I also love all of the ...little community events that they have throughout the year. The only downside is having an apartment that faces Six Pines due to road noise. December 21, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comAfter my first year here, I couldn’t be happier I chose The Lane instead of adjacent properties. So close to walking trails, the Waterway, restaurants, shops, the Woodlands Mall. The staff is like family here. Will, Jessica, Hoffman and our fantastic maintenance crew are why this property shines above the adjacent properties. You won’t find a better place!Property Manager Responded
