    Living at The Lark has been an amazing experience! The staff are friendly, attentive and genuinely care about keeping the community safe, clean and well-maintained. What I appreciate most is the strong sense of community. Even something as simple as stopping by Coffee Bird for a free, barista-made coffee often turns into a friendly chat with a neighbor. I also love the fitness classes offered here - Zumba, yoga and more. They’ve been such a fun way to stay active and maintain a healthier ...

  • Not the place for me

    Feels like the place is being overran by frat students who don't respect the rules and other residents. Loud, obnoxious music playing on speakers at all hours of the day(and night). As someone who works from home, I'm not able to take meetings in the comfort of my own place. Heavy partiers and drinkers make it hard to enjoy amenities peacefully. Managers don't enforce rules. I would have chosen a different place to protect my peace.

  • Luxury living at its finest

    I’ve been living here for over a year and this place is amazing! There’s a coffee house free for us, nightly food vendors, monthly events, and giveaways. They even have a rooftop with views of the mountains! Aside from the beautiful apartments, they have the most amazing staff. The girls in the office are so nice and attentive and maintenance is quick to address any issues. You won’t regret it here!

  • Delivery Woes at Lark

    The Lark at Copper River is undoubtedly a wonderful place to reside, but it may not be the ideal choice if efficient package delivery to your apartment is a priority for you. I have personally encountered issues with Amazon and UPS deliveries in this community. The apartments at Lark share the same numbers, and the distinguishing factor lies in the building numbers. Regrettably, delivery drivers often fail to pay attention to the building numbers and instead drop off packages at whichever ...
    apartment appears to have a similar number. Despite the presence of an Amazon hub within the complex, delivery companies do not make use of it. Furthermore, when I reached out to the management regarding this matter, their response was not particularly helpful. They suggested that I communicate directly with the delivery companies. I also proposed the idea of implementing additional signage at the back of the apartments, which would facilitate easy identification for these delivery companies. However, the management's response indicated that the owners are reluctant to invest in such improvements. It is worth noting that The Lark at Copper River is still expanding, with plans to accommodate over 400 apartments upon completion. Consequently, this problem is likely to exacerbate in the future. To future residents, I wish you the best of luck in navigating this issue and ensuring the successful delivery of your packages.
