July 29, 2025Living at The Lark has been an amazing experience! The staff are friendly, attentive and genuinely care about keeping the community safe, clean and well-maintained. What I appreciate most is the strong sense of community. Even something as simple as stopping by Coffee Bird for a free, barista-made coffee often turns into a friendly chat with a neighbor. I also love the fitness classes offered here - Zumba, yoga and more. They’ve been such a fun way to stay active and maintain a healthier ...lifestyle without having to leave home. And right across the street, there are great trails for morning runs or evening walks to unwind after a long day. I value that the management enforces the rules - it’s what keeps this place peaceful, safe, clean and welcoming for everyone. Paradise in the valley
March 17, 2025I truly can’t say enough amazing things about The Lark! From the moment I first toured, I knew this would be the place I’d call home. The pool is absolutely stunning—perfect for those sunny days—and the coffee bar is a total lifesaver when I need a quick pick-me-up. The WeWork-style space is fantastic for productivity, and the game room is always immaculate, offering the perfect spot to relax. What truly makes The Lark stand out, though, is the incredible staff. They are hands down some of the ...most caring, attentive, and genuine people I’ve ever met in a living community. From greeting me by name to ensuring every question or issue is resolved quickly, they consistently go above and beyond. I’ve lived in many apartments before, but the level of kindness, professionalism, and dedication here is on a whole different level. Whether it’s a maintenance request, a question about neighborhood tips, or just a friendly chat in the lobby, every interaction with The Lark team leaves me impressed. It doesn’t stop there—the resident community at The Lark is just as wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming, and it’s easy to make friends or find a neighbor who’s down to lend a hand when you need it. The staff also makes it a point to bring us all together, hosting fun events and inviting some of the best food trucks around on a regular basis. Talk about an awesome way to connect and grab a great meal without leaving home! Before signing my lease, I toured both The Row and The Lark, and it took mere moments to realize there was absolutely no competition. This is by far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Not the place for me
May 20, 2024Feels like the place is being overran by frat students who don't respect the rules and other residents. Loud, obnoxious music playing on speakers at all hours of the day(and night). As someone who works from home, I'm not able to take meetings in the comfort of my own place. Heavy partiers and drinkers make it hard to enjoy amenities peacefully. Managers don't enforce rules. Luxury living at its finest
September 5, 2023I’ve been living here for over a year and this place is amazing! There’s a coffee house free for us, nightly food vendors, monthly events, and giveaways. They even have a rooftop with views of the mountains! Aside from the beautiful apartments, they have the most amazing staff. Delivery Woes at Lark
June 28, 2023The Lark at Copper River is undoubtedly a wonderful place to reside, but it may not be the ideal choice if efficient package delivery to your apartment is a priority for you. I have personally encountered issues with Amazon and UPS deliveries in this community. The apartments at Lark share the same numbers, and the distinguishing factor lies in the building numbers. Regrettably, delivery drivers often fail to pay attention to the building numbers and instead drop off packages at whichever ...apartment appears to have a similar number. Despite the presence of an Amazon hub within the complex, delivery companies do not make use of it. Furthermore, when I reached out to the management regarding this matter, their response was not particularly helpful. They suggested that I communicate directly with the delivery companies. I also proposed the idea of implementing additional signage at the back of the apartments, which would facilitate easy identification for these delivery companies. However, the management's response indicated that the owners are reluctant to invest in such improvements. It is worth noting that The Lark at Copper River is still expanding, with plans to accommodate over 400 apartments upon completion. Consequently, this problem is likely to exacerbate in the future.
