To have a living space that is comfortable and quiet, where one can work, think, create, and sleep (it is vital, after all), when tranquility is so rare is something I do not take for granted. The management representatives are approachable and friendly, and address questions and concerns promptly. The maintenance seem to know how to fix problems as they arise, which, when the weather can turn on a dime, is also very much appreciated! In a city where apartment ...living is not always the easiest, it is good to feel one has an actual home, and at least a handful of neighbors to laugh with and be there for each other in case of emergency. March 9, 2023I like it here and I have been here for 3 years. The community is quiet. No loud music, no one hanging out in the parking lot, no one roaming the halls at night and no noisy children. I'm Home!
September 30, 2018After looking at several senior communities (5), I found The Laurel At Vintage Park. The Management is Excellent and the Staff Great. It has so many activities and the residents are welcoming. The location gives me access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and much more. Seeing is believing in what this place has to offer.
