Beautiful 24 x 36 marble tiled floor all through the apartment. The bathrooms come with Kohler deep soaking tubs in both bathrooms . There is lots of natural lighting from the many large windows. Brand new 3.5 ton central air conditioning in each unit. It comes with recessed lights and beautiful chandeliers in every room. Be the first to live in this brand new unit. Just 1 block to St. Charles avenue, you can catch all the major Mardi Gras parades that pass by or ride the streetcar up and down St. Charles to all the main locations in New Orleans. The streetcar on St. Charles is a one minute short walk one block away. There is plenty of street parking if you have a vehicle. LSU medical school, Tulane University, Tulane Medical School, Tulane hospital, LCMC hospital, Children's Hospital, Ochsner Hospital, Touro Hospital.
