August 31, 2025Amazing resident experience! We are always grateful for the help and attention we receive when reaching out to the front office staff. The community and location is great and we have been leasing here since 2020 and love it. August 29, 2025I have lived here for almost a year in October. We are signing a new lease. We love the staff here. Kelli, Oscar, Becca, Estevan, Astaziah and Enith have all made our living here more comfortable. We love the area that we live in. The shopping. Everything is walking distance. My doggies love it here, I love how this community is pet friendly and that this complex sees our fur babies as such, my babies. August 12, 2025So far, living at The Legacy @ Highlands Ranch has been a breeze. I got into a sticky situation during my first lease and although they had to enforce certain procedures, they really worked with me and helped me in more ways than I can count.
