Love living here. Maintenance is always adamant and helpful. Complex is quiet and unproblematic. We’ve lived here over a year and never had a problem with management or leasing. Renewing our lease was incredibly easy. We love paying rent on the app.

Great location, I don’t need a car because everything is walking distance. The park across the street for the office always has events going on during the summer. I am also a big fan of the Sunday Farmers Markets up the road.

I’ve had a generally positive experience living at Legacy at Highlands Ranch complex. The property is well maintained, the staff has been helpful and responsive, and the location is convenient. The amenities are nice, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. One thing that could definitely improve is pet owner responsibility. Unfortunately, some dog owners do not pick up after their pets, which can make certain areas unpleasant at times. I hope management continues encouraging residents ...

The stove in our unit was manufactured in 1998. The hot plates are not level. One of the buttons got replaced with a size 3 times bigger and looks so ridiculous.All the appliances are very old. Our bathroom sink was rusted, they replaced it once with some poor quality sink and same thing happened again. I requested another replacement and I asked for porcelain but they ignored my request and brought the exact same poor quality sink. Just a month later the rust started coming back. Maintenance is ...
