This property is excellent
January 25, 2024We have lived in the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments during our time here. The Property manager and Maintenance personnel are very easy to communicate with. There is a sense of community here, and it's not loud and crazy. Definitely a starter place, or rebuilding place. Affordable and conveniently located. October 25, 2023Before the Lennox became the Lennox it was once known as the garden of Bedford . I’ve been here for almost 2 years now , although there are some flaws as in the AC has problems durning the summer and we would be without for a week , when I needed to find a place for my family and I to move into asap we kept getting turned away . But MARIA ?! Let me tell you about her , the sweetest and VERY understanding lady I’ve met . She’s been so lenient with me when it comes to rent , I’m a full time student ...plus working full time so I’m barely getting by . THEY FILED FRAUDULENT CLAIMS ON MY CREDIT
September 3, 2016I never even lived at these apartments and they came after me saying I owed them over $2,000! I called Rosie at the office and she was completely unhelpful. She told me I had to call the debt collection agency they used to get it sorted out. When I called the debt collection agency, they asked me 'Why are you calling? In this kind of case, the apartments should be calling us." I explained to them that Rosie refused to call them herself. They immediately told me that Rosie was wrong and that it ...was their responsibility to get the fraudulent charges off my credit. The guy on the line than proceeded to tell me to file a police report because whether or not this was intentional, it was still fraud. So I immediately called the Bedford Police department and filed a report. They got me in touch with a detective who had to go to the Gardens of Bedford to look through their files and speak with Rosie. He then called the debt collection agency as well. Once he did that, I called the debt collection agency and talked with their manager. He said that he had already called the credit bureaus to get the charges off my credit and within a month they were gone. Through the whole process the debt collection agency kept blaming the apartments but Rosie kept blaming the agency. Netherless, Rosie made the whole process so much harder by not calling their debt collection service herself. I had to get the police involved for anything to get solved. This was absolutely ridiculous. How messed up does your accounting office have to be to come after someone for $2,300 when they never even lived there?! These apartments go after innocent people who have no business with them and are completely unapologetic. They need to be boarded up and Rosie should be fired for being negligent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
