Terrible place to live
November 25, 2024Nothing listed is fully functional, wash rooms probably have 1-2 washers / dryers working and that’s even a big IF. No gated community , no gym , no playground , no pools , NOTHING GETS DONE. Mold builds up they paint over it things break it never gets fixed. Maintenance does nothing , you care rarely get help ! Poor maintenance
December 9, 2022They have mildew and they paint over it. They put their tenants out with no written notices. Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. the prices are not worth it. I would not recommend !!!! Just horrible!!!Property Manager Responded

What a joke
August 1, 2017I see that there are no recent updates or reviews on this place. This place is a joke, I have lived here for almost 2 years now and can't wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here. Obviously as you can see there are absolutely no pictures of the second apartment building because it is trash. They put all the low income people in the back seems like. Nothing but trashy people everywhere, weed smoking, trash all over the ground, pool is always filthy. Kids (10 and under) using foul cursing ...language. No parents in sight of course. I do not let my young son outside of the apartment because I do not feel save in this area. I come home at night to a bunch of people sitting on the stairs blocking the way to my apartment. They don't move, you literally have to walk around them; oh and lets not forget they are smoking weed. No parking what so ever after 5 pm. Gates don't work. Messy, messy, rundown place. This is a great first time apartment if you don't know any better as myself didn't. Just thought I should share my experience with this horrible place. Bang for your buck
August 12, 2015These apartments has a friendly Staff. The grounds are well kept. Dogs are allowed for a nominal fee. All Utilities are included. electric gates never seem to function correctly. Security Cameras do not seem to be hooked up. Nothing is perfect so for the cost of living here I think it is a lot of bang for the buck...Review from Apartments.com

October 22, 2014I have been living at the Clearmont for about a year, and I must say I am very impressed. The office staff is super friendly, and are always willing to help when they can.
