Impossible to communicate with the leasing office
May 8, 2024Impossible to communicate with anyone in the leasing office at all. The entire system is run by poor automation that does not answer questions that you ask it. I have left messages for a week with no response from a person. The only communication that I have received from this building came after I put in an application, which requires you to link a bank account for rent verification (no one else has asked for this anywhere I applied). The communication I received after the application was only ...to tell me they could not find my pet application which I was forced to complete using a secondary system which is an additional fee as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
