The feeling when you never have to move again...
April 6, 2019I’m serious. There is not a better Apartment, or even a house, that compares to this Lexington of Dilworth Apts. If there is, please let me know! However, I would bet there is not a single place that could come close. My dog Autumn and I moved her 8 months ago, and we are not leaving as long as I still have a job in Charlotte. You have everything. Friendly neighbors? Awesome views and amenities ? (Im on my patio now, looking at a lovely water fall and trees, about to get ready for the pool. ...Yup it’s early April and the salt water pool is already open.) AMAZING Apt Staff? The best location possible? Yes! All of the above & more!! I was where you were, 9 months ago. Reading all the reviews and thinking where am I going to live?! Well, process of elimination I found this apartment with the criteria of: I can walk to the light rail to get to work, a gated parking garage, a pool, a porch, animal friendly, and not right on the lightrail and hey! Bonus! I have this beautiful Dilworth neighborhood to walk around daily, and I have met some of the best human beings living in the apt. Well, call them now, and see what is coming available, and grab it. I signed my lease sight unseen... and I’m glad I did. Off to the pool!! Incredible Place to Live!`
March 24, 2019I have nothing but positive things to say about The Lexington Dilworth and its team. The apartment itself is so beautiful, as are the amenities. The property is extremely clean, and noise was never an issue. The leasing team was amazing - always quickly responsive and very knowledgeable (special shoutout to Dana!). We only ever had to request maintenance help once, but when we did, they were there in less than 1 business day and the issue was resolved immediately. You also can't beat the location ...of the complex; located in quiet, cozy Dilworth, but a walk away from South End & Uptown. I genuinely couldn't think of a better place to live in Charlotte, and would recommend the Lexington Dilworth to anyone looking to rent. :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Love this community!
September 19, 2018My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and we absolutely love this community! We have an amazing leasing staff who is always eager to answer questions, address concerns, and just make our living experience the best it can possibly be. The community is very quiet and has a great neighborhood feel, while being very convenient and walkable to local restaurants and uptown.
