March 10, 2018I live in the Lexington in University City, Philadelphia. This company took over a year ago and has done nothing, but raise the rent. The apartment is not regularly cleaned, the laundry machines smell of mold, the radiator cuts off, the building has cockroaches/mice and trash is everywhere. On top of that, we have been complaining about a noisy tenant above us and have not even received responses to our emails from the managment company. Overall crap place, live somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
