August 14, 2023I moved here from out of state to be closer to my job. The website can be very deceiving. Trash is a big issue here, kids unattended, violence, and roaches . I never experience anything of this sort until I moved here. The apartments are very spacious and can be a good place to live if they hv all the able under control. I’m embrassed to even have company due to the trash up the staircase and around the complex. The pool is closed and this has been the hottest year thus far. If I knew the area ...before I moved here this wouldn’t be the place I would’ve call home. The only perks is they offer 4brd apartments at an affordable price. August 10, 2023It’s an overall nice place to live. I love the location cause it’s close to everything! They do get rid of people who violate there lease and send out notices. They do things to help the apartment community like meals and groceries also give out school supplies. The apartments are spacious and Ive never gotten into it with management since Ive been here for 14 years. They usually resolve most of the time my issues .Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2022in my experience work orders never get completed no matter how many times I put the request back in. Maintence used to do a really good job completing work orders now everytime I see them around they are relaxing.
