January 7, 2019I was deceived with the visual tours provided and the "monitored" parking in the parking lot and the convenient location nearly 5-10 minutes from classes. It's not worth it, the apartments look nothing near the visual tours and no cars have been towed as they park and fill up the lot, walking to class (Leaving residents and actual visitors with no parking). Be careful where you step or park in the limited vacant spaces as glass is shattered from a broken window covering 2 spots (left from august ...2018), it has not been removed or cleaned up over 5 months later now.. Oh, and safety, kiss that goodbye as homeless people wander the area and courtyard of the apartments and holler at you. Maintenance to the courtyard is nonexistent as it seems, dog waste fills the areas that litter and random articles of left appliance neglect. So, watch your back and your step, maybe get some pepper spray too for your own protection. Keep track of your payments for rent and other fees, they'll lose your checks and charge you late fees for it. Luckily their current office manager is friendly and helpful, she can help you when the office staff loses your checks or packages. A/C system is great for the bipolar Texas weather, leaving you shivering on those cold rainy October/November nights and sweating on those sunny 70 degree December afternoons. Invest in a powerful fan and heater while you're at it. Apartments aren't thoroughly cleaned prior to new move ins, so better hope the previous tenant was neat and cleaned. I was greeted to cockroaches, sticky residues, and mysterious stains on cabinets. Pay a little more or just walk to class.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
