July 11, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI currently live in Lilly Grace Apartments. My Air has been out for 6 days now and I reported several times and still not fixed! I have never been late on Rent either. Once my air is fixed, I will post another post. Now I must say they have done a lot of upgrading to the property to look nice.
Horrible Experience
July 5, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey outrageously raised the price and have made them no longer affordable. The outlets currently are not working. I am unable to plug in my refrigerator. Also, when I flush the toilet, the sewage comes up through the bathtub. The whole experience so far at these apartments has been a nightmare. These apartments are no longer affordable, and the management is very slow in providing service.
