Mice under your floor!
October 31, 2022I lived here for about 1 year and it was a nightmare! We caught 3 live mice in our apartment which entered from the kitchen's cabinets. although they sealed the hole in the cabinet, they are still freely living under the floor! there were lots of droppings in our home which they did not bother themselves cleaning them. Worth to mention that trapping the mice and sealing the hole took about 3 months. After a few months, I could smell an awful odor coming from one of the cabinets. I suppose that ...there was a dead mouse under our cabinet. Instead of making a hole to see under the cabinets they just sprayed something through little holes in the cabinet's floor to remove the odor. This is extremely unhygienic to live in such a place, knowing that mice live under your cabinets and there are lots of dropping there which carry many kinds of diseases.Property Manager Responded

Worst experience EVER
May 7, 2018Not a kid friendly environment! My neighbor underneath made a complaint about kids running and items dropping throughout the day. My lease has my 2 year old and 1 year old son on it. Why did i get the warning. Bedides that parking sucks, and i find termites in my bed and bathroom. Iv been miserable here since the second month i moved itReview from Apartments.com
Awful Place to Live
October 6, 2016This place offered a discount if we get the apartment on the first walk through. Shade. This place ended up having water pressure issues, old vanities, old toilets, old cabenits filled with cockroaches. No proper air conditioning. The windows and doors are old and don't shut properly. Hot and cold temperatures are extreme in water. Shower heads leak constantly and has old fixtures. Upon complaining the land lady had nasty attitude. Several code violations. The outside common areas almost never ...get cleaned. Saw the same dead Beatle outside for weeks... Packages get delivered to wrong apartments. You have to stalk your shipment to ensure proper delivery. No on-site management service available. Don't waist your money, pay a little more per month and get a better place. July 13, 2016I stayed there for 2 years. The first year was great, good manager, she kept everything clean. She is friendly and wanted to help. Neat and tidy place. Than, came the next year. Not a good experience. the place became dirty, no cleaning. The drumster became stinky. swimming pool looked dirty. there would be no one in the apartment complex to talk to or complain or anything.Review from Apartments.com
