They are finishing the roads with a wonderful job with the roads overall. Also painting the apartments over in the similar shade of the paint for all the apartments. Added a recycled bin as well.

There is a lot of uncertainties somethingd aren't actually clear. It takes too long to get certain requests done. Scheduling is a nightmare and they are now doing all these repairs when rent is so high. It's not understandable.

For the most part it's quite at night time and that allows me to have continued Peace. Parking to get to my unit is accessible, I can't wait until they allow the tenants to have reserved parking spaces per unit. So far, I'm happy.

Maybe the photos online don't match the apartment I'm in. It is very spacious and perfect for what I was looking for regarding space for my kids. But… upon entering the apartment, there were roaches in the fridge, under cabinets, on the counter, and in each bathroom. This apartment hasn't been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty, the windows had dirt, every sliding door had mounted dirt, and the vents had dirt. I'm sure with a deep clean, this can improve. It's just unfortunate I have to do it ...
myself. The community looks unorganized and dirty, with sidewalks and the parking lot crumbling. There is dirt full of trash in front and uncleaned porches. I would say this is great if you NEED something for the moment.
