Lived here for a while now. The front office never picks up the phone, returns voicemails, or replies to emails. You have to go in person, multiple times, to get questions answered or help with maintenance. I still haven't received a key fob to enter the buildings after living here for half a year. On top of that, maintenance is very slow. They never provide updates on your service requests. Like another review, my apartment has had problems with AC and it's taken over a week to resolve. I ...
