January 22, 2026Been here 7 years. i do have one of the units not updated with applianced, etc,. There is someone above me that is so loud and slides the 'PATIO' door to scream on his speaker phone. He does not adhere tio Plano's quiet time. The trash situation seems to be an issue on the weekends. It smells so bad, and the trash is stacked up. i feel bad for the guys that have to deal with it on Monday.Review from Apartments.com

November 18, 2025For weeks, I have asked about the work that was supposed to be done in my unit. The closet is missing a shelf, which I went and bought myself from Home Depot, and when they changed the light fixture in the bathroom they were supposed to come and paint, but never showed up. The Building 2 Callbox Entry remains offline. Not to mention the piled up garbage in the trash rooms on each floor. October 28, 2025I’ve lived here for a couple of years at this point I’ve had my car broken into in the parking garage twice I’ve woken up to the Plano forensic team in the parking garage and half of the security doesn’t work as it is intended on top of the fact that I now cannot pay my rent online which is a significant inconvenience especially with my working hours and the last management team we had decided it would be a great idea to install liftmaster capxl’s on the “important doors” only to have the camera ...which was the whole purpose behind them paying for the change out pointing at the wall add cameras and bring back online rent payment and we would be alrightProperty Manager Responded

September 13, 2025I reported an issue with the flooring panels in the bathroom and kitchen being warped and bowing out. It's like walking around in a bouncing castle. I submitted the work request in May. The staff member who inspected it said she would get the contractor to come look. That never happened. I was ghosted. When I went back last month to ask what the status is, they had no idea what I was talking about and said the lady who was overseeing it was no longer there. So we started from scratch. One of the ...maintenance guys knocked on the door at 6:30, while we were eating dinner, and took photos of the floors. Then he said the contractor would come the next day. That was 3 weeks ago. I got ghosted again and I'm still bouncing around on the floors. I'm baffled by the ineptness of this management company. They're just like all the others.Property Manager Responded
