They don’t care about anything, I lived there for only three months with a problem they knew about from the start and refused to fix it. I had over 14 maintenance requests just in the first two months. Management is rude and will yell at you for simply asking to fix something including health hazards like mold. Until I got lawyers involved they finally decided to break the lease because it was a health hazard with mold and they had to replace all carpets, construction workers were even gagging ...
because the smell was so bad so imagine living in it because they refused to fix it until I kept complaining and they got annoyed. They were rude the whole time and when I complained of the smell she had no idea what it was and it doesn’t seem like there’s a problem till I physically find mold. Then all of a sudden I “needed to do research” because she knew what the problem was all along and I guess just lied because management didn’t want to spend money to fix it. So don’t waste ur time unless ur desperate. They don’t care about you, they are money hungry. On top of the mold, the last residents freezer went out and the meat juice seeped in the floor. They knew the whole time and never replaced it so that added onto the mildew smell. Everytime I complained they came and sprayed smell good stuff that lasted an hour until it went away then it smelled like something died in there. She knew the whole time until I kept complaining she finally admitted she knew about it but just didn’t want to replace it. Absolutely disgusting of a place and management.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If you do make sure you definitely have renters insurance because Im tell you right now they WILL NOT and DO NOT CARE that your apartment gets flooded and causes mildew/mold. Be prepared to pay out of pocket to get a hotel to stay in while they “airing out your apartment”
My tv and mattress both gone. When recording the conversation for proof to my lawyers they got very rude and nasty. I don’t understand how me recording our conversation for proof is anything to kick my out ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ive lived in the complex for almost 2 years, weve had 4 fires, a shooting, and ALOT of theft. seriously it will cost you more living here than anywhere else. The property manager bandaids everything rather than taking pride in her complex. it is a direct reflection of how they run this place. a case is being opened with the AG and 7 on your side because it has gotten so bad! but seriously DO not move in here it is a money pit and absolutely HORRIBLE!

I was initially told I would have a bottom floor apartment on the golf course side however after getting there and moving two states away to get here they had an upstairs on the parking lot side. The management here lies and gives you excuses for everything.
Me and my fiancé lived here for a year. We were supposed to recieve a $95.00 deposit back and a receipt. We moved out back in July. We gave a notice towards the end of May because our lease ended July 28th. They LOST MY WRITTEN NOTICE the first time, and did not inform me until I went back to file a mailing foward address form. So at the time i filled out the second form it was July ...
5th. They assured me it was okay because the guy I gave my notice to the FIRST TIME knew that I had signed It on time.
It is now November 4th and we have been calling for 4 months frequently. Every time we called to ask when our deposit was going to arrive to our new home we got the same answer, “it should be there within 30 days!”
DEPOSIT NEVER ARRIVED. We called one last time and they explained that since we had not given “proper” notice we would not be receiving our $95.00 at all!
THIS IS ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND SHOULD NOT BE SOMETHING THAT IS OVERLOOKED!
WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IMMEDIATELY!!!!

She is always very helpful when I have any issues and is always polite and professional. Maintenance has vastly improved as well. They are prompt and do the job right the first time. I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem. the neighbors were polite and the management kept to themselves but always remembered me by name. when maintenance was required the repair staff was timely and efficient. The Rent was reasonable and the amenities were fantastic.
