Excellent Staff and Beautiful Property
July 19, 2023I have had the best experience with the staff at this property. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate from the application process, move in, and after move in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with a smile. I ran into some issues with the software in the application process and they were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly When I moved in everything went smoothly and even the property manager came out and introduced himself! Any questions I had following were ...also answered quickly. The apartment and property are beautiful and worth the price. I came from a large townhome and was worried about storage. I have more storage here than I have ever had. The giant windows let in a lot of light and the small details are wonderful. I am so happy about having shade instead of blinds. The property is well kept and the other residents have been very kind. I am so happy with everything! Thank you to Jacob, Zach, and Hunter specifically!Property Manager Responded
