December 12, 2018Beautiful property. Safe community. Your kids can play outside, safely. Amazing staff. The women in the office are friendly, professional & have never let me down when any issues have occured. If I have work order, they see to it that it gets solved promptly & they both always have a smile on their place. I wouldn’t rather live anywhere else. Hopefully they keep the same staff. I have lived in several apartment communities & the staff here is the best I’ve ever encountered. If Ruth & Tamar were ...to leave I may leave too. Haha. That’s how sweet & awesome these woman are. Great apartments and management
September 11, 2018I have lived at the Livingston for about 8 months now and have nothing but positive things to say about both the apartment itself as well as the management team. First the apartment itself was freshly remodeled before I moved in, so the interior is new and updated. The grounds around the complex are clean and well kept and friendly neighbors. What more could one want? The management team gets a A for being responsive! I had an incident a few months ago where the garage door spring broke on ...me. I sent in a maintenance ticket about 2pm that afternoon and was already dreading not having access to my garage for a few days until it could be repaired. Much to my surprise when I returned home that evening the repair was done and my garage was working again. I couldn't believe the maintenance team had it fixed in just a couple of hours. That was a major repair! I am very happy living at the Livingston and am sure you will be too.Property Manager Responded

Apartment with Garage
September 10, 2015This complex is very clean and well kept. I have been here 5 years and have found the office staff very amenable and prompt with any request for assistance. Never had very much wrong with my apartment in the time I have been here but when a call has been put in it is usually done that same day. The staff coordinate evenings to meet your neighbors which always has a large gathering. There are many apartments around this area but The Livingston is one of the best.Review from Apartments.com
