I have lived at The Livingston for 10 plus years. The one bedroom loft with a half bath is my favorite but I upgraded to the 3 bedroom loft townhome and it's been so incredibly great because I work from home right now and it gives me some space to breath and get out of my working areas. The staff is amazing and I love the landscaping with the colorful trees and flowers. Valet Trash and Maintenance are a great team that work well to keep everything nice.

I like living here. My 1st floor apartment is perfect. However, I was told I'd only hear upstairs noise when the neighbors used their stairs. NOT TRUE! I have a daily log of heavy walking, stomping and such beginning from the day I moved in. Ruth offered to transfer me to a 2nd story 2-bedroom with a garage and nobody above me. This has not happened.

I have lived at the Livingston for about 8 months now and have nothing but positive things to say about both the apartment itself as well as the management team. First the apartment itself was freshly remodeled before I moved in, so the interior is new and updated. The grounds around the complex are clean and well kept and friendly neighbors. What more could one want? The management team gets a A for being responsive! I had an incident a few months ago where the garage door spring broke on ...
me. I sent in a maintenance ticket about 2pm that afternoon and was already dreading not having access to my garage for a few days until it could be repaired. Much to my surprise when I returned home that evening the repair was done and my garage was working again. I couldn't believe the maintenance team had it fixed in just a couple of hours. That was a major repair! I am very happy living at the Livingston and am sure you will be too.

This complex is very clean and well kept. I have been here 5 years and have found the office staff very amenable and prompt with any request for assistance. Never had very much wrong with my apartment in the time I have been here but when a call has been put in it is usually done that same day. The staff coordinate evenings to meet your neighbors which always has a large gathering. There are many apartments around this area but The Livingston is one of the best.
