The Lodge offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for rent in Denver, Colorado. You can feel at home in one of our upgraded apartments. Our kitchens have stainless steel appliances, electric stovetops, and microwaves. From our smallest studio apartment starting at 473 square feet to our larger two bedrooms at 933 square feet, we are confident you will find an apartment that will fit your needs. We offer an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck where you can relax and soak up the sun and our 24-hour fitness center that includes treadmills, free weights, multiple weight machines, and a punching bag.At The Lodge, we try to give our residents the best place to live. Some of the conveniences we offer as a pet-friendly community is a bark park, where your furry friends can run around. We also offer short term leases that allow you to have the convenience you need. May 14, 2026Truly a scum pit. I’ve been sexually harassed by residents here and the management doesn’t care. There are roaches everywhere. The units don’t have ac that gets below 80. You will smell everything your downstairs neighbor cooks. It’s loud. It’s smelly. It’s cheap and a real good place to move away from. Hallways are dark. There’s been graffiti and broken drywall here in the hallway as long as I’ve been here. Nothing will make me ever come back here.Review from Apartments.com

October 27, 2025I would not recommend a friend or family member to live at this complex. There is a significant roach infestation within the entire complex. Prepare yourself to be subjected to pest inspections without ask due to problem tenants on multiple occasions that requires you to confine your pet to a small space for the entire workday, or for treatments prepare to have to find a sitter or take off work because you and your pet need to be out of the apartments for hours after treatment. The leasing staff ...except Kevin are rude and disorganized. The grounds are barely upkept. The laundry machines and dryers are consistently breaking and take months or even years to fix (have never experienced this issue in past apartments). The elevators break consistently. There are immense safety concerns with this complex, the building codes are not changed every year, or at request. The building codes are the same for every building except one, so anyone who has lived here can come back and access the building(s). There is consistent theft. While they have an amazon locker, it is only accessible for delivery drivers during leasing office hours during the week until 5PM, otherwise, prepare for you packages to be placed in an area where it will get stolen. There are no security cameras in the entrance of buildings or the stairwells. The stairwells are left open by other tenants with no security cameras, its accessible and a serious safety concern. When I moved in almost everything was broken in my apartment, including the shower, the heater (which was blasting heat with no way to turn it off), the dishwasher, the disposal, shelves and drawers and the patio door. The apartment was also not clean when I moved in, while the floors and the basic surfaces were semi-clean. The cabinets, and shelves were dirty (I ended up cleaning them myself), I found dirty napkins and food underneath the fridge and the oven. The AC unit in the bedroom was barely screwed on, rusted and covered in dust. The fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and rusted, and the toilet paper holder was practically falling off. The amount of space in the apartments is nice, and the pool and hot tub (if not broken) are nice, the patio size is great, and the big dog park is a great amenity. Overall, I would not recommend living here, unless there are serious improvements to the complex.Property Manager Responded

September 14, 2025I never leave negative reviews unless it gets bad, so here it is. This property neglects residents and their safety. THREE times in the last month the AC has gone out in the entire building with no communication. I woke up today and my apartment was 84 degrees- and again, for the third time. My AC was out for 2 months during the summer and they have no long term plan of action besides cheap fixes. Only live here if you enjoy being roasted in your apartment everyday.Property Manager Responded
