The Lodge offers studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for rent in Denver, Colorado. You can feel at home in one of our upgraded apartments. From our smallest studio apartment starting at 473 square feet to our larger two bedrooms at 933 square feet, we are confident you will find an apartment that will fit your needs. Don’t live here if you like AC!!!!!
September 14, 2025I never leave negative reviews unless it gets bad, so here it is. This property neglects residents and their safety. THREE times in the last month the AC has gone out in the entire building with no communication. I woke up today and my apartment was 84 degrees- and again, for the third time. My AC was out for 2 months during the summer and they have no long term plan of action besides cheap fixes. Only live here if you enjoy being roasted in your apartment everyday.Property Manager Responded

June 27, 2025I have no common walls, that is the rest of the building is on the other side of the staircase. I have always been on the third floor which makes me feel secure. Beautiful wooden floors, very nice ammenities around the property including a year round hot tub, giant balconies, basketball court/dog run/giant green space courtyard, amazing location for the price.
