The management team and staff have been fantastic to work with. The facilities are nice and generally well-kept for a college apartment complex. The gates could use a little work as they seem to not work often. The units themselves are decent and appliances and finishes are nice. Flat-rate utility payments are a helpful option. Cable/internet is included and units are furnished which is also a nice perk. Overall it's been a good experience and I'll renew my lease
