September 22, 2025Very disappointed when I first moved in. Was lied to by staff that was here when I moved in. I hate I moved here. The new staff seems ok. The apartments need updating for the amount of rent they charge.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025The personnel is nice. My issue was that I had to switch apartments the day of move-in and some things need repair or replacement. Staff is willing to resolve the issues, its just taking longer than I thought, expecting them to be done upon move-in or quickly thereafter. Property is quiet and well kept and best of all... no bugs, other than spiders and the occasional gnat. Pool is nice, but there are no restrooms so plan accordingly.Property Manager Responded

Don’t
July 3, 2025Avoid at all costs unless affordability is your only priority. Living at The Lodge at Mallard Creek has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. While the rent is relatively affordable, the list of issues far outweighs the one benefit. Security: My car was broken into twice, and nothing meaningful was done in response. The lack of security is deeply concerning, and it feels like management doesn’t take tenant safety seriously. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Roaches are a recurring issue, ...and the appliances in the units are completely outdated. On top of that, there’s visible mold, and maintenance is either unresponsive or performs the bare minimum when they finally show up. Leasing Office: Perhaps the most frustrating part is the lack of communication and accountability from the leasing staff. One leasing agent even lied about the unit’s listing details before I moved in. When brought up, the response was essentially, “tough luck.” There’s a clear disregard for residents once the lease is signed. Nothing about these situations was handled in a professional or satisfactory manner. I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone unless you’re truly out of options. January 26, 2025I love my apartment at The Lodge. It’s spacious and has covered outdoor space. I haven’t needed many repairs, but when I did they were efficient. I don’t have pets, but it would be nice to have a dog park that has activities for the dogs to play. Also, with so many cars in the car park a car cleaning center would be great.
