DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 18, 2021No Amenities can be used or are open as are advertised! It’s a lie and false advertising. They won’t clean and fix the pool, This is year number 3. Unsafe for children and families. They have no idea who else is living in the apartments in addition to the tenant they rent to. People drive fast in the driveways, There are no speed bumps, no children at play signs, no signs for the blind people that live here too. The staff communication is extremely poor. Maintenance requests do not get taken care ...of in a timely manner. August 6, 2020When we were told about the apartment before we moved in Dania told us we would have a new washer and dryer but not true. We were also told all the walls were freshly painted. Not true. Many of the blind shades did not work and were told they would be back in a few days to fix them. Not true. They never came back. But I do think at least the matenence is changing. I think Andrew will be a great improvement from the previous matenence manager!!Review from Apartments.com

Bad communication
July 16, 2020I had to pay $180 to file my application with them. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me but I was in a time crunch so I applied for other apartments that communicated with me and I found one I liked before the Lodge contacted me again. I had emailed them twice in between their emails. They refused to give me the $180 back because they "accepted" my application. So I lost all the $180 because of a lack of communication. DO NOT LIVE HERE - your stuff in your storage unit may get thrown away.
July 7, 2020If you want to keep your most prized possession and valuables from being thrown away or stolen, DO NOT live here!! We have had nothing but trouble while living at these apartments. To make a long story short, in April of this year, my husband and I tried to access our storage unit that we have been paying $10 a month for since 2018- we were unable to get in as our keys didn't work. Turns out that Lodge at Maple Grove Apartments management gave our storage unit away with all of our belongings in ...it to a new tenant (all the while collecting double rent, $10 from us and $10 from the new tenant). When the tenant called the office to let them know that ALL of our stuff was in there, they told the new tenant to "throw it away." That is a direct quote from both the tenant and the office manager, Madison. It turns out that the new tenant had changed the locks and taken most of our stuff away to their Mother's house. The new tenant planned on selling most of our stuff (skis, expensive tools) within a month. We found this within 2 weeks of the issue starting, so luckily we got most of our stuff back. I say MOST, because MY WEDDING KEEPSAKES WERE THROWN AWAY. Yes, this includes the pearls my Grandmother bought me when I was born that I wore on my wedding day and many other things. Fast forward to today and the apartment complex has been IGNORING US and has not replied to us for months now when we try to rectify the situation. We have sent multiple emails, calls, and voicemails with NO RETURN. They have been sending us automated move out emails because our lease is up, but can't even do us the courtesy of replying to our multiple emails asking for some sort of reconciliation of our missing belongings. They have asked us for pictures of our storage unit and pictures of the pearls/other belongings we have lost which we have supplied (besides the pictures of the storage unit because we didn't randomly take a picture of our full storage unit) and they are plainly, blatantly, and rudely ignoring our requests for help. Honestly, save yourself the time, heartache, and money and don't live at this overpriced apartment complex where mold runs rampant in all of the apartments, the fountain is thick and green when you enter the property, and the management doesn't care about you one bit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
