Maintenance is questionable
April 13, 2017I've had a roof leak for over a year. The new management company will not respond in how it will be repaired. They are not returning phone calls or email messages. I was actually told by maintenance that it would have to be repaired after I moved. Not exactly how you keep residents!Property Manager Responded
October 6, 2017We apologize that this has gone on for you as we we did not manage this property a year ago. I am hopeful that you no longer have this experience as we have identified the source and resolved the issue in April of this year when we took over management of the property. We would not have delayed a roof leak until after a move out.Maintenance of this nature is addressed immediately when reported. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience while making the needed repair.
