        We continue to love our apartment and the location. The team has made noticeable efforts to foster a sense of community, organizing events, which we truly appreciate. However, communication around operational matters still needs improvement. For example, we received no notice when exterior window cleaning was done the second time.         Overall great service with Madison. However, Dwelo app is still not functioning and the combination code is also not functioning correctly. The amenities are very nice and the gym in my building is very well equipped and there was maintenance staff there this morning, cleaning and stocking supplies. It is disappointing that the loading dock area is a mess and there are old appliances everywhere. The Paxton key works efficiently.         Overall, it's okay. positives: Cool, old architecture, spacious apartment w/washer, dryer, dish washer and central air, no issues finding parking spots, updated kitchen, maintenance will usually address issues quickly, great views from apartment windows, and generally quiet (when theres no construction going on). Negatives: windows don't open, constantly dealing with bugs even when maintenance team used spray foam in window gaps, getting into the building is not always easy (some doors don't work ...
        with the key i was provided), property not consistently maintained as there is often trash outside and in parking garage, no AC in the gym, and my biggest gripe is the lack of outdoor space. There are only two areas to sit out at that arent for dogs and they are very very small, next to the busy road with limited seating (that should be replaced and updated). I don't see myself renewing my lease

I’ve had some problems with my apartment personally between some water leaks, and some issues that took a lot longer than it should’ve taken to fix. And have caused some damage to some items in my apartment without management getting back to me. I still do enjoy all the amenities and the maintenance people who have tried their best to help me.
