Beautiful property with tons of amenities. Quiet building and well maintained. My only complaint is the massive deposit and amount of fees I paid to have pets only to move into my apartment and have been able to tell exactly where the previous owners put their cat box. What are they doing with the massive pet security deposits and monthly pet fees if they arent using them to maintain the property and keep it clean and damage free for the next residents?

The pool has been closed for a year. The electric bill is too high in the summer even though we have solar panels and the garage smells like awful trash. There are couches and trash in the garage areas. a every week the dumpsters are blocking the garage so we can’t get our cars in without almost hitting them and a half the trash spills out where we need to drive

Staff are friendly and respectful. My apartment was clean upon move in and any questions I had were answered promptly. Definitely recommend this apartment complex. The view of Mohawk River from my living room and bedroom is not so bad either ;)

Good and bad with our experience. Some issues seem to have been resolved, such as the mailroom lockers finally being operational and the entry system now up and running. The problem is, the frustration felt while these things were down. The mailroom was a disaster. Plain and simple. It took months to get it working. The key fobs suddenly not working, limiting access and the back and forth to the office to try and get a working one. It gets very frustrating with the amount of money being ...

paid. Now, keep in mind that many of the issues may be directly related to the vendor and outside of the Lofts control. Even if this is the case, prompt communication would help. We often hear about the issues after the fact instead of upfront. We do still enjoy the apartment, but are looking around to see what else is available. For "luxury" apartments, it is not feeling like it, sadly.

Love my apartment. The old building is beautiful, but comes with its issues. The pool/hot tub is almost never working, have had multiple plumbing issues and WiFi often disconnects.

Been here for 3 years. Good area, love my windows. Pool and hot tub is convenient indoors. Nice in winter, gym and sauna in other buildings really nice

I love living here and have personally had a seamless experience, but I’ve had several friends who have moved in now who have had a lot of issues with the leasing office in terms of getting their lease, having the lease info be correct, being told incorrect move-in dates, getting security deposits, etc.
