The two stars is because you cannot beat the price and location of these apartments. HOWEVER. The last year they have been doing a ton of construction that they did not notify us about. It is incredibly noisy and starts at about 6:30AM. As someone who works from home, I find it incredibly inconsiderate of management to not give us the common courtesy of letting us know when your apartment will be actually shaking due to the construction and noise all day long. Or when the buildings smoke ...
detectors will go off nonstop for 3 days. When you text management about it, all you get is an "Yeah sorry that sucks" reply. Not sure how they have a 4.9 rating when they only have 2 reviews and 1 is only 1 star....

Tenants overpay gas/electric due to billing through the apartment, and if you have a pet “normal wear and tear” will result in loss of pet deposit and likely more from your security deposit, in addition to paying a $25/month fee. Pet owners: don’t live here.
