Hit and Miss
April 6, 2018First, I think the price for a studio apartment is too high. The apartment itself is fair - it looks nice, but they definitely skimped on the updates when you look closely. For example, cabinets are really old but have a nice coat of paint on them. A lot of my neighbors have had issues with severe leaks. Everyone’s heat cost is over $200, and mind you that’s for a 500sqf apartment. You then have your share of the water bill and your cable/internet. One of the worst things is their horrible ...response to snow. I have personally fallen more than once in their parking lot. The “bark park” is also really subpar, it has horrible wood chips in it that will make your dog turn black. Also, the gate seems to be broken often. Also, cops have been here a bunch of times for residents yelling, fighting, and selling drugs.Property Manager Responded

Ok place
February 24, 2018My fault for signing a year lease when I stressed I wanted a short term lease. You are responsible for all utilities including water. My electric bill for the winter was 200 a month. I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking taking shower etc, throughout the day. Parking lot barely shoveled when it snowed. I did however enjoy the pool, gym, parties they put together and close proximity to downtown. Maintenance was prompt when requested. I wouldn’t recommend leasing.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
February 5, 2018Terrain Apartments are a joke. -Poor Management -Poor Upper Management -horrible insulation -spiders, bugs, etc inside apts. -property isn't maintained like it should be -save you and your loving pet the trouble and move elsewhere. A great place to live
May 25, 2017I was one of the first tenants to live at Terrain Apartments. While living there through the bulk of the renovations was definitely stressful, management and the staff were very accommodating. If you're looking for a convenient, relatively inexpensive option close to the city I definitely recommend. The pool, gym, dog park, and laundry facilities were great. I wish I could go back and enjoy the entire pool area! Disappointing
July 26, 2016The management company and property manager are unfortunately rude, deceitful and far from transparent. I have been victim of many lies - please don't waste your time or money!! Overpriced and laundry facilities are terrible! The walls are also extremely thin. When my neighbor turns on the water, I can hear it. There are many great options out there that I would recommended over Terrain Apartments.Property Manager Responded
