Roaches Throughout the Property — Please Be Aware

I’ve been living here for a while, and unfortunately, I’ve started seeing roaches throughout the building. I’ve seen them in the stairwell, parking garage, hallways, and I’ve even found a couple inside my apartment.

I submitted a maintenance request, and pest control did come out to treat my apartment. Days later I notice small roach in my unit. The bigger issue is that the roaches are not just in my unit—they’re throughout the building. Treating one apartment isn’t going to solve a building-wide problem.
I’m writing this review to make others aware, especially because one of the NUMBER ONE things I looked for when choosing an apartment was a clean, pest-free place to live.
This property just seems to be getting worse, which is really disappointing. I truly hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses the entire building instead of treating individual units. Please be advised if you’re considering moving here. At this point, I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it is to experience pest issues, especially when you chose the community with the expectation of having a clean and comfortable home.
I am actually new to the property and want you to know that I am taking these concerns very seriously. Since coming on board, I have made the decision to terminate our previous pest control company and bring in a new pest control provider. My goal is to address the issue more effectively and take a proactive approach to the community as a whole, rather than simply treating individual apartments as issues are reported.
