Mold, Mice, Trash

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you care about your health and your sanity, please consider carefully before living in this apartment complex. I've had a mold issue for a year now.
I first reported it to maintenance in August 2025, and they didn't do the proper assessment. I kept asking them to do the proper assessment and they refused. has serious health problems that are related to the mold problem, which makes this experience all the more scary and stressful.
No resident should have to beg the management to do the proper assessment of a mold issue for a year. Their lack of timeliness and follow-through has been very disappointing.
Aside from the mold problem, there are also mice, maintenance issues, trash everywhere, and yet the cost is what you would pay at a much more upscale apartment complex. In my opinion, you do not get the value for your dollar here. There are many other complexes in the Las Colinas area that charge about the same amount. I would highly recommend that you look at those before considering living here.
If you are still considering living here, please do your research, ask a lot of questions, look at everything very closely, and get anything that the management promises you in writing. I wish I knew then what I know now. Save yourself the headache, heartache and money.
