  • Terrible new management

    May 8, 2024
    The new management is raising people’s rents up to 25%. They are forcing people to move out who have lived here over ten years. They want to kick people out some they can renovate the 80/201 units, not caring about the people. Can’t get a hold of anyone for work orders. I recommend 0 stars! Good luck if you move here.

    It would be nice if we received more than 12 hours of notice when someone was going to enter the residence. Some of us do not keep “normal” working hours and having a bit more notice would be nice. Also, a range of time would also be nice. Ex: From 8a-5p, please expect someone to enter the residence. Also, while the speed bumps were a pain, perhaps putting them back in would be wise. Several tenants drive in excess of 30 MPH and I worry about the kids. Lastly, I believe there needs to be better ...
    enforcement of the no parking areas. There have been several instances when I’ve barely gotten out of my garage.

    The space is good. I do not readily hear my neighbors. Crime is going up, and there has been a lot more police action of late. I've recommended this neighborhood before, and likely will again. The location, space, and school district are what make it appealing. Not necessarily the neighborhood itself.
