May 8, 2024The new management is raising people’s rents up to 25%. They are forcing people to move out who have lived here over ten years. They want to kick people out some they can renovate the 80/201 units, not caring about the people. Can’t get a hold of anyone for work orders. I recommend 0 stars! June 16, 2020It would be nice if we received more than 12 hours of notice when someone was going to enter the residence. Some of us do not keep “normal” working hours and having a bit more notice would be nice. Also, a range of time would also be nice. Ex: From 8a-5p, please expect someone to enter the residence. Also, while the speed bumps were a pain, perhaps putting them back in would be wise. Several tenants drive in excess of 30 MPH and I worry about the kids. Lastly, I believe there needs to be better ...enforcement of the no parking areas. There have been several instances when I’ve barely gotten out of my garage.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
