May 8, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe new management is raising people’s rents up to 25%. They are forcing people to move out who have lived here over ten years. They want to kick people out some they can renovate the 80/201 units, not caring about the people. Can’t get a hold of anyone for work orders. I recommend 0 stars! Good luck if you move here.

Some of us do not keep “normal” working hours and having a bit more notice would be nice. Also, a range of time would also be nice. Ex: From 8a-5p, please expect someone to enter the residence. Also, while the speed bumps were a pain, perhaps putting them back in would be wise. Several tenants drive in excess of 30 MPH and I worry about the kids. Lastly, I believe there needs to be better ...enforcement of the no parking areas. There have been several instances when I’ve barely gotten out of my garage.Read More
