This is the most expensive complex I've ever paid for and the communication is the worst, gate is broken, elevator is broken, and the apartment was dirty when I first arrived. Working with Emily from the start with the tour hands-down the best tour I’ve had. Her knowledge of the property how she explained everything was amazing. They aim for a highly interactive community however it is very quiet which is a good and bad thing.
