October 8, 2025I'm sure this comment won't be posted in fear of people not wanting to live here, but so far, my experience hasn't been the best. This is the most expensive complex I've ever paid for and the communication is the worst, gate is broken, elevator is broken, and the apartment was dirty when I first arrived. Working with Emily from the start with the tour hands-down the best tour I’ve had. Her knowledge of the property how she explained everything was amazing. They aim for a highly interactive community however it is very quiet which is a good and bad thing.
