The appliances are also in good condition. The buildings amenities are very functional and a great looking. The residents are very friendly and most helpful along with the amazing management, the staff and our wonderful maintenance crew. The concierge desk attendants are always willing to help and answer questions you have making it all seamless. Most importantly my unit has amazing views, it’s fabulous coming home to The Lumen!
