July 17, 2023The Lumen is a great apartment. The floor plans are excellently designed, spacious, and have a modern feel to them. The appliances are also in good condition. The buildings amenities are very functional and a great looking. The leasing team are excellent, and I was really impressed with Jake who facilitated my move so as to make the process go smoothly. August 17, 2022The Lumen is an absolutely beautiful building from the lobby to the entertaining areas, the pool, gym and entertaining venues are lovely and very inviting! The residents are very friendly and most helpful along with the amazing management, the staff and our wonderful maintenance crew. The concierge desk attendants are always willing to help and answer questions you have making it all seamless. Most importantly my unit has amazing views, it’s fabulous coming home to The Lumen!
