I spent quite some time searching before I found this gem of a place. When I called I was immediately answered by Jamie, the leasing agent, who very graciously answered every question I had. I was able to tour the property right away and submit an application with $0 fees. It was only a few days before I was approved and moving in. The first month’s rent was free! explaining the lease, along with helpful suggestions to ensure a successful tenancy. The apartments are absolutely beautiful! They have a very modern look with dark wood cabinets and trim. The floors look just like wood flooring. The appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel. You have a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well. People are nice here. Everyone I have met has been super kind and welcoming. It’s peaceful here as well. We have a gym, game room, basketball ball court, playground for the littles, and even a room you can reserve for parties. It’s easy to find parking here as well. On top of all that we have an onsite restaurant that just opened and a coffee shop slated to open within the next year. We have a grocery store right across the street, along with a Burger King, McDonalds, and 7 Eleven in walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough! You will not be disappointed here.
