This place checked all the boxes for me. Dog friendly, private balcony, clean, close to the university. I also discovered a wonderful coffee shop that’s within walking distance! The price is fair and management keeps up with the building.

I was so happy I made the drive to see this building. It was unnerving for me the MamaBear sending my son so far away. This visit gave me such peace of mind. It was an absolute bonus I was able to meet the people in charge. I would love to live here. Clean, open. Great natural light!

If you’re looking for a pet-friendly place close to WSU that’s practical and easy to live in, the M offers a great combination of location, comfort, and responsive management.
The location honestly couldn’t be better. Getting to campus is incredibly easy. You can walk almost everywhere, which makes day-to-day life really convenient.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath spaces works really great for me and my partner. Both bedrooms are a good size and both have a bathroom which helps since I'm work from home and use the other bedroom as an office. The whole apartment has enough space that we can do our own things without constantly bumping into eachother. The in unit washer and dryer are also really convenient since I'm used to shared laundry rooms. We also got one of the add-ons which was a garage which was really helpful in the winter. ...
The management is also one of the best that my partner and I has had due to them being so on top of the things that we ask them to fix or answering any questions that we have in a reasonable amount of time. Over all a really good building where everyone keeps to themselves and is a walkable distance from alot of the places I usually go to.
