terrible Super
January 1, 2026I lived in this building and the only positive thing about it was the front desk people and the people who cleaned the building. the Super Lorenzo is terrible! First he does not live in the building and secondly he works odd hours so if you encounter an issues after 3 PM Mon-Friday or over the weekend good luck to you since he lives out of state so he won't be making the drive back into town. The treadmill and gym equipment is purely decorative, there are 3 treadmills and only one works (but it ...skips a step so you cannot run without tripping). There are roaches in the building and if you live on the side of the street facing Myrtle Avenue good luck! If the fighting at the buss stop and the local corner store don't keep you up at night then the construction from the auto/tool rental business will wake you up every morning at 7 AM sharp. the windows are not sound proof. Finally the move out process was terrible. They will charge you for everything so if you do move in make sure to video and take photos of everything including any scratches on the floor, marks on the wall, Even if you try and clean after you move they will charge you and they are unrelenting when it comes to responding to you after you have moved out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad maintenance
October 31, 2019Ive lived here for 7yrs and this apt could be nice if the maintenance is done properly. If you ask for a repair, the answer is either do it by yourself or takes few weeks or they replace is with dirty old uncleaned one from another unit. Laundry room is always full of dirt and hair on floor. Doormans are super friendly and receiving packages is very convenient. If you are a DIY person and willing to pay with ur own expense of repairs and ok to bear with dirty replacement, this place is good for ...budget tight students or low incomes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The Mynt at Myrtle & Nostrand
August 9, 2015We moved into the Mynt about 4 months ago and couldn't ask for a better experience. We've lived in several places in the neighborhood, and this is by far the best experience. Our landlord and super are both available and super responsive. All of the common spaces including the gym, laundry room, and outdoor terrace are well maintained and the door men are great!
