Frustrated Rental Employer
June 7, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI recently visited this property on June 7th at 6pm to inquire about rental opportunities, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff member assisting us was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than making us feel welcome or answering our questions, she spoke to us with a negative attitude and seemed frustrated that we were even there. What stood out most was that this behavior wasn’t directed only at us—I also witnessed her being ...rude to other people who came in. The customer service was poor, and it felt like she wasn’t interested in doing her job properly or helping potential tenants. Looking for a new home should be an exciting experience, but instead, this interaction left a very negative impression. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and based on this experience, I would not consider renting here. Management should seriously address how prospective tenants are treated, as first impressions matter and this one was far from acceptable.Read More
