Overall it is a nice community to live in. It is generally quiet and peaceful. However, they can be slow with handling some situations. Also, it is a dog community which has its ups and downs.

It's the most amount of square footage for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment you can find in Charlotte that's still remotely affordable. That's the best that can be said for it. Everything else is mid or worse and it's full of cockroaches.

The Maintenance Team did not keep me waiting. I placed the ticket over the weekend, they came the following day and complete the task, which I thought it would take hours, in a matter of minutes. Was friendly and polite and explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it. Hopefully I won't have to call them again, but if I do, I know that I will be provided amazing customer service and repair!
