One of the nicer apartments I've lived in. Has amazing views of hollywood hillside and fairly affordable despite the location. Has a very convinient laundry room downstairs and easily accessible trash chute. Garage is a bit tight, but you eventually get used to it-parking space is provided at least. Lots of entertainment nearby and places to eat.

The Madison Apartment offers a reasonable price with a nice and responsive manager and maintenance team. Communication is always smooth, and the unit is more spacious than most other studios in the area. Other facilities are clean and well maintained, and the parking is secure and safe.

Madison apartments are in the heart of hollywood and living here is a 5 star experience. Randall the property manager takes exceptional care of the building, he is very responsive and kind. My son lived here while going to music school close by and he always felt safe and the neighbours are friendly. The building is well built and he loved his view of hollywood out his huge windows. The studio apartment was well equipped, spacious and the building has a new gym, a pool and great laundry ...

The building was always well-maintained, with responsive management and friendly maintenance staff who took care of any issues quickly and professionally. My unit had plenty of natural light, modern appliances, and great ...

Over the years, the neighborhood has continued to improve, and I always felt safe coming and going, even at night. Parking was manageable, and the on-site laundry was a nice convenience. Amazing building and location

The Madison is a great building! All the amenities you need - parking, pool, gym - and speedy maintenance too. Randall was kind, communicative, and incredible all around. It’s an oasis in the busy heart of Hollywood: there are shops and restaurants right around the corner, plus Runyon Canyon is just a short walk away. I loved my experience!

North-facing Studio on 7th Floor

I lived there for 1.5 years with no problems. Quiet, clean, and safe. Fantastic view of the Hollywood Hills from West Hollywood to Griffith Observatory -- it always cheered me to see the Sign and the Magic Castle. When machines failed (elevators or parking lot gate) management took care of it quickly. Friendly staff (thanks, Randall!) and residents. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Metro.

Best Apartment in Hollywood

I LOVED the four years I lived in the Madison. Management was top notch and staff were always helpful and cheery. My studio apartment was very roomy and light-filled. I never heard noise even from outside because of the double-glazed windows. Having a pool and then a newly built gym were perfect extras and my neighbors have always been fun and interesting. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

It is my favorite apartment. Manager, management, maintenance, safety, view… and the feeling of it is spectacular. All of them is so helpful and do their job so decently. It was an amazing beautiful fun journey in my life. I will miss it a lot and my great view from my balcony.
