Ive been living here two years now. Recently, we haven’t had a full 6 months of consistent hot water, that’s my current issue.

I’ve been living here two years. I feel safe walking around my apartments even at night. It’s very quiet. Any time I have a question the leasing office is always available to answer. Maintenance is very reliable too, when I have I problem they come the very next day

I went into the office to renew my lease Vanessa was just getting in she hadn't even sat down she greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile and the lease renewal went with ease. This is a horrible place to live and it's roach infested they don't take care of their property their gate are always broken . This is a dump don't recommend nobody in this place. The management staff sucks they are horrible people that work in the office it's take forever for them to fix any of the things that's their own property . They get no starts.

My daughter and I love living here. I had a few problems with bugs when I first moved in, but Combat gel took care of that problem. The apartments are very spacious, the playground and pools are nice. I feel safe, the trash is picked up a couple of times during the week. The apartments are very well maintained. The mall and stores are close.

I've been at this apartments for almost 2 years. Apartments are secure, of course every now and then something happens but nothing major that has scared me yet. Well maintained apartments and they look nice, inside and out. The lake and the pool are well maintained and they have gorgeous views, perfect to have pic nic and gatherings. Rent is considerably well priced compare to other apartments that don't look as nice as these. Out of the three apartment complex in that area I liked this one the ...
best. They have a new management this year and I hope they make the best offorts to keep everyone happy!

I loved living here at first but the bugs are horrible. The parking is horrible but the lake view is nice. The apartments are super outdated and the water bill is ridiculous for a one bedroom.
