Safe quiet place

Not a happy place
March 18, 2025The vibration from the neighbor's ceiling fan is too loud. Especially at night, it feels like you're sitting inside the washing machine. There are cockroaches. Also, during the summer, we had a problem with crickets coming into the unit constantly and in large numbers. The dumpster gate door sometimes bangs against the dumpster bins by the winds. Especially at night, you can't sleep because of the banging noise. The quality of the tap water is poor. There was a time when I didn't even want to ...brush my teeth. The management charged me for something they shouldn't have. I asked for an explanation, but they've never given me one. The management is rude and doesn't care about tenant frustration. no parking and incompetent leasing staff
January 12, 2025The new owners decided to put up carports with no notice. It’s been a month since they have started them and they limited the amount of parking available. It’s already bad enough parking in here without them holding so many spots for so long. Asked the leasing staff about it and it’s been one lame excuse after another.
