January 10, 2023Don't pick up dog poop someone got shot next building over, also they keep your security deposit also it was a shooting in front of the building not safe apartments to love in the change management so many timesProperty Manager Responded
March 21, 2023This review is posted by an angry resident who was asked to leave due to excessive noise and turning their heat off in their apartment in the winter time allowing their pipes to freeze. Property is very safe and secure. Our residents love living here. Maintenance work orders are handled in a timely manner. We do not allow dogs, only service animals.

March 21, 2023Management has changed only once in the last three years. This resident had not had a rental increase in over three years and with a $50 increase the rent they were paying was still way below the market rates. We are sorry this resident chose to post inaccurate information.
