Decent place to live, move-out experience was awful
January 16, 2026After we moved out, management charged us for bathtub resurfacing and replacing patio blinds, even though problems like rust, stains, and general wear were already present when we moved in. The apartment was clearly not new or freshly renovated from day one — it was just normal lived-in condition. We had our move-in inspection form and our own photos showing these same issues at the start of the lease. Still, management refused to reconsider the charges and did not provide any move-in photos or ...proof that these items were in better condition before us. Normal wear and old defects were treated like damage caused by tenants. Because of this, a large part of our security deposit was kept based on management’s decision, not on real documented change in condition. Communication felt one-sided and rigid, and the issue could not be resolved even with clear evidence. My advice to future renters: take a lot of photos when you move in, save every document, and carefully check all move-out charges. You may need to fight for your own deposit.Property Manager Responded

Best apartment I’ve lived in!
March 20, 2025I neverrr leave reviews but I love this place that much. I moved out of state from Missouri so it was scary trying to find an apartment without knowing the area or city well. But not only are the apartments themselves amazing, but the area is perfect. There are many beautiful walking paths by the river and it’s super close to downtown. You get the city and small town feel at the same time. Everything has gone smoothly, the amenities are great, and so much space and storage in this apartments. The ...leasing team and staff are professional and always on top of things. I couldn’t love it more here!!Property Manager Responded

First impressions
June 20, 2024My car was towed the first morning because my sticker was packed and the apt doesn’t reimburse for that. Will be nice that they monitor the parking but wasn’t a fun first experience. The gym has broken equipment and has a smell that makes it difficult to workout in. The apartment itself is beautiful and the rest of the amenities are very nice!Property Manager Responded

Looks can be deceiving
September 12, 2021The structure itself is very beautiful but the management staff are very incompetent. It takes a long time for anything to get done. Drinking, cops being called and fighting occur around the pool area. Desk attendant ignores what is going on appears like she could care less and does not want to be bothered. The pool is not maintained or cleaned like it should be. This place is definitely not worth the price.Review from Apartments.com
Looks good in brochures
October 26, 2020Looks good in brochures, but far from luxury as touted by property. Cheap finishes and far from sound proof- Lots of noise from surrounding neighbors. Multiple issues with residences not adhering to terms of lease. And lack of response from property management when request follow up to reported concerns.Review from Apartments.com
