    Really good community, tends to be quiet and neighbors are always friendly. I appreciate that they maintain plenty of lighting in all the public spaces, parking lots, and breezeways. There's plenty of police and security presence at all hours of the day and night patrolling. And they do their best to maintain all the property vegetation and spaces. Maintenance is very responsive, and the leasing office staff are always fantastic and positive. Stephanie, Anisa, Zack, and Mary do a great job of ...
    organizing property events for the residents that are always successful and it's really nice to meet with neighbors and hang out. Greg, Brandon, and Sammy from the maintenance team are super good about getting back to you and respond pretty quickly even for simple stuff. I had a couple more advanced issues that they had to bring in outside vendors but Greg was really good about keeping me in the loop and accommodating my schedule. Access to the clubhouse and gym facility is wonderful and saves me money on memberships. Had some trouble with squirrels and spiders and they have a contract with a pest company who services the property weekly. So they're pretty responsive with any concerns you share with them. Been here almost 5 years, really good community, right next to a park, good school district, definitely a good place to live.
