September 22, 2025I moved out & turned in my keys on 8/28/25. My apartment was left spotless. My lease ended on 9/5/25 & I was still charged $394 for the remaining rent on my lease, while management had the opportunity to rent my apartment. Contractually, yes I did have the remaining 8 days on my lease. Ethically, the right thing to do would to change the move out date & let me out of the remaining 5 days (9/1 - 9/5) of the lease. Good location
July 30, 2025I moved to The Marks a few months ago and it’s been a positive experience so far. The grounds are usually kept clean and tidy, and the office staff have been responsive and accommodating. I had a maintenance issue at one point and Zach in the office was super helpful in helping me get it solved. My neighbors have been quiet and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult finding parking late at night, but I’ve always been able to eventually find a spot. Overall, it’s been a good experience living ...here.Property Manager Responded
