Great place to live!
August 25, 2019Moved to Wisconsin for work from another state and the Marling was my first choice. It was mostly the staff that made me want to live here, they are friendly, kind and helpful. Plus the building is beautiful with all the needed amenities and then some. Great location close to walking trail, restaurants, and access to the interstate. October 2, 2018Hi! I arrived from other country for just 3 months of short stay and I rent a full furniture apartment. For me they are big professionals who helped me in all I needed, also the building include all you need like gym, free coffee, social loungue with a beautiful fireplace, and so on. Be Careful!
September 12, 2018The Marling is a new and shiny apartment complex with some great looking features. The staff there is friendly and easy to work with. However, please be aware of the hidden charges and slick wording of contracts. The Marling requires you to pay half of you security deposit prior to signing the lease to "hold" the apartment with no chance of getting it back, even if you cannot sign the lease within a short time period. In addition, the $150 parking fee to park in their attached garage is hard ...to swallow, given that they are not in a prime downtown location and are actually closer to the near east side. Make sure to do your research first.Property Manager Responded
September 19, 2018Hello, we are so sorry to hear that things didn't work out. Should your circumstances change and you want to move in, your $250 holding fee would be redeemable for 6 months after an application is submitted. We just cannot hold an apartment without a guarantee of move in. Thank you for understanding :)
