So many eateries and activities surround us as well as a lovely club house, gym and pool! We planned this move as our "forever home" and indeed it will be! September 18, 2023Do not lease here. The construction is flawed and allows smoke/drug fumes to propagate very easily between units. Management does not enforce the lease terms with respect to drug use and smoking. However if you're looking for a place to stay that won't enforce those terms, I guess the Marlowe Lake Boone will be a good fit for you.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2023We moved in about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love our home and community! The neighbors we have met so far have been nice, apartment is awesome, and great amenities onsite. Caitlin and Nikkia are amazing and have helped us promptly with anything we have needed.
