        We love the quietness and peacefulness surrounding building 2260. We enjoy wildlife around the creek and frequently see the persons using the trail. We would select this buildling again as our apartment home. We should have waited for a 4th floor unit rather than a 3rd floor as there is no insulation and we frequently hear our neighbors living above us.

        The Marlowe Apartment homes are beautiful properties and a happy place to call home! They are conveniently located to the Greenway and 440! So many eateries and activities surround us as well as a lovely club house, gym and pool! We planned this move as our "forever home" and indeed it will be! Residents, staffs and pets are equally as wonderful!

        So far living at the Marlow has been wonderful. The property is very well maintained, the amenities are always up to PAR, and the ability to hop on the greenway trail is amazing! We have been very satisfied thus far with our decision to move BACK to the Marlow!

        I love living at the Marlowe Lake Boone so far. It was super easy, applying online, touring the apartment online and finally signing the lease. I have never lived somewhere so peaceful. I am happy with my choice !

        Do not lease here. The construction is flawed and allows smoke/drug fumes to propagate very easily between units. Management does not enforce the lease terms with respect to drug use and smoking. However if you're looking for a place to stay that won't enforce those terms, I guess the Marlowe Lake Boone will be a good fit for you.

        We moved in about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love our home and community! The neighbors we have met so far have been nice, apartment is awesome, and great amenities onsite. Caitlin and Nikkia are amazing and have helped us promptly with anything we have needed. We had a few minor maintenance items at move in that were fully completed within 48 hours of our requests. 10/10!
